Collaborates with operational leadership to understand current workflows, interpret the best method to optimize and appropriately configure the EHR and administrative systems to design and/or improve current workflows. Participates in the creation and management of project plans supporting department initiatives. Helps develop processes to promote and communicate the integration of new systems. Configures, updates, and customizes revenue cycle modules using information services and change management best practices. Assists in developing, implementing, and maintaining education programs for staff pertaining to the revenue cycle aspects of software systems; identifies areas predisposed to problems and provides coaching and training materials to increase knowledge and skills. Coordinates and provides support for developing training materials pertaining to revenue cycle systems with Application Support Specialist(s). Provides administrative support to the Manager of Health Informatics.
