Audit and reconcile manual Residential and Housing Services (RaHS) entries to ensure that required residential program enrollments and services are recorded accurately to the Department of Health. Monitor data submission to ensure that all contractual requirements are met. Analyze reports from the Department of Health to ensure data accuracy, identify weak patterns, and report them to the administrative team for appropriate intervention. Audit/monitor the Data Quality Plan case records to ensure that documentation adequately justifies all past, current, and future services. Run standard and special request reports from Electronic Health Record systems and distribute them to designated recipients. Assist SEADMA in streamlining and automating data mining processes and reports. Assist with providing electronic records, including help desk and technical support services. Implement informational security and data management best practices. Identify opportunities that can improve the efficiency of business processes.
