2-4 years experience in a 24/7 operations, service desk, SOC or NOC environment Experience in using ticket-based work environment Experience with utilizing typical office equipment Ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Basic understanding of desktop/PC/printers, networking technology, such as routing, switching, WAN circuits, enterprise Internet connectivity and TCP/IP protocols Strong focus on client satisfaction Experience with basic administration of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems Willingness to learn new technologies and help clients with their technical issues before escalation Attentiveness and detail-oriented approach Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to think critically and exhibit strong problem-solving skills Ability to act responsibly without supervision Must be able t accommodate a flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends or holidays as required.
