Responsibilities

Analyze and verify images and data of residential/agricultural properties to ensure that property records reflect current and accurate property characteristics. List or update information on property records as needed. Drive to property locations, getting in and out of vehicle. Physically walk around and examine all buildings to determine required property characteristics on various residential properties. Measure and inspect exterior of residential/agricultural buildings. Accurately record property characteristics, square footage, angles, sketches, and dimensions on appropriate field documents and/or mobile devices. Take clear digital images of properties including specified parcel improvements if required. Update data on the physical condition of buildings. Maintain personal production records in alignment with productivity targets. Complete logs and control forms and required documentation as required. Communicate effectively with the public to share the purpose of our visit to their property, inquiries about the interior of the property, addresses questions, etc. Professionally represent Tyler Technologies and the client to property owners and other members of the public handling field questions and complaints in a courteous manner and escalates to their supervisor as appropriate. May assist in the training of new Residential Data Listers



Qualifications


Strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate appraisal field. High School graduate or equivalent work experience. One-year residential data collection and property measurement experience preferred, but not required. Solid problem-solving skills. Good organizational skills including attention to detail with the ability to capture and record accurate and comprehensive properties details. Ability to work independently or collaborate with team members. Spatial ability to read maps and locate a physical location on a map. Ability to visualize floor plan footprints based on three-dimensional buildings. Good math skills to calculate square footage, ratios, and similar functions. Must be able to travel to properties in assigned project area for the majority of the workday and provide reliable transportation and carry full insurance on the vehicle driven to perform job. Basic computer experience is preferred.

The Site Data Collector is responsible to go to physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and other clinical facilities to obtain and/or review medical data and perform abstraction services.
Duties and Responsibilities:


Accurately and efficiently conduct medical record abstraction services; Scan relevant components of the medical record to support reviews to be performed; Electronically download review assignments to the laptop and data collection tool; daily upload completed assignments and scanned medical records; Complete required training; Complete quality, accuracy and inter-rater reliability testing as requested in a timely manner; Communicate effectively and professionally with care provider offices, clinics, hospitals, other clinical facilities and Inovalon staff; Travel to medical facilities in specified area of region from home to complete review services as assigned by Inovalon; and Represent Inovalon with medical facility staff. Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement; Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.



Job Requirements:


Clinical experience is preferred - such as medical assistant, certified nursing assistant, medical clerk or related experience; Experience in performing chart abstractions is preferred; Ability to manage and meet deadlines; Computer literate and detail oriented; Professionally skilled in verbal and written communication; Available to perform reviews no less than 24 hours a week; Must be willing to travel; and Must have high speed internet access.


Education:


High School Diploma or Equivalent.

SAIC is seeking an entry level on-call Data Technician for upcoming work in various locations throughout the US. In this role you will support operational testing of various types of security equipment located in the nation's airports. Data collection tasks may include manual data collection using mobile handheld technologies, downloading data stored on security equipment, conducting operator interviews, timing of processes/procedures, evaluating vendor/contractor-provided training, and providing daily input of activities to site lead(s) in a timely manner. Duties may also include passing through security equipment to test equipment and/or procedures. Candidates can be located anywhere throughout the United States near a major airport to be considered for this position. This is an on call position for surge support. You must be able and willing to travel up to 3 months at a time as needed.

Collects data under the supervision of a site lead, shift lead, or experienced data collector.

Reviews collected data to adjudicate any anomalies identified by the site lead/data analysis personnel.

Strong written and oral communication skills required, as well as ability to work well with others in team.

Must be able to present oneself professionally in dress and demeanor.

Must maintain responsible, dependable behavior, as well as professional focus and awareness while working in potentially stressful environment that includes noise from alarms, machinery, and people/crowds and hard deadlines.

Ability and willingness to stand for long periods of time during an 8-hour shift.

100% travel required; each trip duration may be 2 weeks to 3 months.

Must be willing to travel to various locations throughout the US for the duration of the assignment

Ability to obtain DHS suitability

Target salary range: $25,001 - $50,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
