WORK ENVIRONMENT The portfolio consists of low-rise office properties located in the Plantation and Pembroke areas. An engineer will be assigned a primary building but will not be limited to that location. They will be expected to provide support and backup to other properties as needed and will participate in the shared after-hours on-call rotation with the Midtown engineering team. The engineer may be the only maintenance staff member on duty and may be required to work extended periods without relief when responding to priority or emergency situations.
