The Mail Processor is responsible for handling all incoming physical mail and fax communications related to beneficiary and Employment Network (EN) matters. This position receives, opens, sorts, and processes mail and faxes, ensuring that documentation is accurately routed to the appropriate staff or department for timely action. The Mail Processor also archives and maintains records of processed correspondence, following established protocols for document retention and privacy requirements. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal experience required.
