In this role you will:
Enter patient, client, billing and test information into the Laboratory Information System
Ensure accuracy throughout the process as entered information is critical to other laboratory operations
Follow HIPAA regulations and Compliance standards
Answer and direct incoming client calls
Cross train in accessioning which consists of accurately identifying (by name/specimen type), sorting and labeling specimens for testing.
All you need is:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent computer skills, required
Must be able to type 8,000 keystrokes/hour
A high degree of attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Salary starting at $19.00. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
