Overview:
This role will focus on catalog curation for brands. The Supervisor, Catalog Curation will lead a team of Data Entry Associates building product display pages at high velocity while maintaining accuracy and quality. Data entry associates are expected to learn to distinguish cannabis products available across all regional markets. This role will operate in a high-volume queue-based environment, and will adapt quickly to change, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Supervise catalog creation process and conduct Quality Assurance on projects

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in a Data-focused, Operations role managing a team
Familiarity with cannabis industry, products, brands, retailers, or terminology
Experience to provide coaching to Data Curators and relay feedback to management
Must have experience in managing a team
Experience to coach for success, productivity and quality
Able to host training for new hires
Proven ability to review, interpret, and accurately enter information into online systems
Able to facilitate daily stand-ups with Catalog Team, bi-weekly team meetings
Experience working with repetitive tasks while meeting productivity and accuracy goals
Basic to intermediate experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

Compensation:
The starting teacher salary for 0 years of experience is $59,500. This role is eligible for various stipends based on certifications, credentials, and campus leadership ranging from $500-$4,000 each. We also offer opportunities and incentives through our Teacher Career Pathway with the potential to earn up to $10,000 in additional compensation. Learn, master, and deliver relevant content and grade level curriculum, core content objectives and texts
Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback
Implement formal and informal assessments to track each individual student's progress and learning needs, adjust lesson plans accordingly and update gradebook weekly
Communicate students' progress with student and family on a weekly basis
Effective facilitation and personal use of technology as a communication and educational tool to improve student achievement and manage work related tasks.
Implement a clear and consistent behavior management system that aligns to campus- wide initiatives while developing students' character and sense of community in the classroom
Help shape and develop a school wide culture that fosters a productive and enthusiastic learning environment for each student
Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with students and families based on trust, understanding and respect for the communities in which they identify.
Host necessary tutoring sessions to meet all students' needs

Minimum of 40+ hours spent at school per week

Primary Duties/ Responsibilities
Fulfill office administrative and receptionist functions: answer phones, respond to property inquiries, respond to emails, etc.
Provide excellent customer service to resident population
Interact with residents to communicate rules as outlined in the lease and community policies
Respond to resident problems and emergencies as appropriate
Respond to emergency situations and contact appropriate authorities as needed
Prepare documentation such as incident reports and shift reports as needed
Monitor sign-in/sign-out process and verify photo identification for all guests
Input work orders as needed for unit repairs and other general needs
Monitor video surveillance system and report unusual activity
Ensure confidentiality of all resident records and information
