Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Mandatory experience with high volume customer service in person and via phone is required. A high school degree or equivalent is required. Candidate must have the ability to work within an extremely fast environment that includes a tremendous volume of paperwork, process and procedure. Front counter, telephone customer service and courtroom experience are required. Office environment experience and basic math acuity is required.
Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the minimum qualifications, knowledge and hands on experience in a court setting is highly desirable.
Extensive front counter customer service, experience serving the public, keen attention to detail, are essential.
Experience with document imaging highly desirable. Ideal candidates will have proficiency with computers. Responsibilities include, GCMS, Financial Management (FMS), Outlook, VCIN, NCIC, DMV and IPOAD (as applicable).
