Position Overview This is not your typical front desk job! The Front Desk/Concierge plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to members and guests by developing rapport with our members and players, managing reservations, facilitating check-ins, and maintaining the club's high service standards. Monitor court schedules, communicate updates, and assist with any player inquiries. Assist in inventory management for merchandise and retail sales. Address member concerns professionally and escalate issues as necessary. Assist in other administrative tasks as directed by the Concierge supervisor. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Basic proficiency in POS systems and booking software (training provided).
