Digital File Management & Disposal
Establish and maintain logical file naming conventions and folder structures to ensure efficient retrieval.
Verify the accuracy of file metadata and ensure proper upload and storage within designated systems.
Maintain consistent digital organization across all scanned documents and folders.
Sort and appropriately dispose of physical documents after scanning, including recycling non-confidential materials and placing confidential items in shredder boxes for secure destruction.
Confidentiality & Record Handling
Handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion, adhering to SAM's data and records retention policies.
Maintain the integrity and security of all documents throughout the scanning and filing process.
Coordinate with the project lead or department staff regarding special handling instructions.
General Support
Assist with maintaining and organizing physical file cabinets as needed.
Provide status updates and communicate issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Hours of Work
