Major League Baseball is seeking Data Operations seasonal personnel for the upcoming season.
Data Operations personnel are responsible for digitally scoring games from the ballpark, which provides the data used in the live content applications on MiLB.com, including Gameday, real-time highlights and text alerts, and by our business partners. This is a perfect part-time job for a responsible, computer-savvy person who happens to be a big baseball fan.

Responsibilities
Arrive at the ballpark no later than one hour prior to the scheduled start time
Double-check and verify all pre-game information: rosters, umpires, weather conditions, etc.
During the game, enter the results of every pitch and game event (plays, substitutions, etc.) using our proprietary software and coding language
Work closely with our game-night support staff (via Slack) to ensure proper scoring of all game events and accuracy of data
After the game, enter all post-game information and validate all stats and data in our scoring software against the box score provided by the Official Scorer.
Routine day-to-day correspondence via email, Slack, voice call and/or text message, to keep current with coverage schedules and other scheduled assignments.
Other game-day responsibilities during Spring Training, the regular season and/or Postseason as determined by Data Operations supervisor(s).
Qualifications and Skills
Exceptional (and demonstrable) knowledge of baseball and how to score a baseball game
Strong computer proficiency (Windows OS, Windows-based software and Chrome browser) and the ability to quickly learn and operate new software
Knowledge and use of Slack chat software
Network connection management (Ethernet, Wi-Fi enabling/Disabling; test MAC Address)
Previous experience (including pressbox exposure) with a professional or college sports team, preferably baseball, is preferred.
Regular availability to attend games in-person as required by the schedule: weekdays, nights and weekends

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our team and provide excellent customer service to guests at our hotel. The Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, answering and routing calls, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and evening shifts. 32-40 per week.
Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including verifying reservation details and collecting payment
Answer and route calls, including taking messages and transferring calls as needed
Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as scheduling tours and activities, managing mail and packages, and maintaining accurate records
Ensure that the front desk area is clean and organized at all times
Provide excellent customer service to guests, including assisting with questions and needs and handling complaints and concerns
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and property management systems
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus

A Brief Summary of This Position:
This individual contributor position will assist our Project Administration team with a variety of tasks that will help streamline the Project Administration tasks and assist our customers. The individual will handle purchase orders, manage quote pricing, assist with project data entry, and ensure the accurate maintenance of part number data entry.
Essential Functions:
This position reports into a Project Administrator Supervisor or Manager and has no direct reports
Process new purchase orders for existing parts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements
Assist in preparing budgetary pricing on quotes, working closely with the Project Administrator to ensure timely and accurate responses
Handle the creation and tracking of Material Requirements (MRTs)
Enter and maintain accurate part number information
Push and monitor sales orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment
Provide pricing support for smaller orders, ensuring cost accuracy and customer satisfaction
Assist the Project Administration team as needed
Performs routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures
Required Qualifications of Every Candidate:
High school diploma and 1+ year of experience
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and discretion
Demonstrated ability to keep a positive, professional attitude in a high-volume, fast-paced environment subject to specific deadlines that must be met
Ability to work in and be an integral part of a team environment
