THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a fast and accurate typist with attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
The ideal candidate also has a proven track record of accurately transfer information into our database system.
Your responsibilities may include verifying data, updating existing information, entering new information, creating spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Use keyboard, optical scanners, or other office equipment to transfer information into the database system
Collect information directly from customers and enter information into the database
Create accurate spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
Confirm accuracy of data by comparing to original documents
Create reports or otherwise retrieve data from database

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position is preferred
Typing speed of 45 words per minute with a high level of accuracy

Job Summary:
As a member of the Program Information Group, reporting Program Information Manager (PIM), the Program Information Data Entry clerk (DEC) performs data entry, records filing, and administrative tasks as required for child and family records workflow within the department. Data Entry Responsibilities:
Organize and implement intake of official documents from centers to central office, includes maintaining checklists, tracking systems, and files on information received to ensure required documents are received and/or sent.
Organize and maintain master file system for child and family records to ensure files are complete, checked in and out, and in proper place for easy access when necessary.
Operate keyboard or other data entry devices to enter data from source documents into the Child and Family Information System (Childplus, My Teaching Strategies and Ages and Stages Questionnaires) accurately and timely.
Identify and troubleshoot with originator any errors in source documents.
Receive, process, and distribute paperwork to appropriate departments.
Copy, collate, and mail various materials along with other assigned clerical duties.
Track administrative aspects of Childplus, My Teaching Strategies and Ages and Stages Questionnaires management for centers including passwords, class lists, center profiles, and backups.
Participate in discussions about database including possible modifications.

Conduct on-going monitoring of own work in the program information system for accuracy, completeness, and quality. Prepare corrective documents and submit for approval and processing. Report systemic issues and recommendations for improvement to supervisor.
Create, edit, and run reports from the program information system per schedule or as requested and distribute to PSU staff or others as directed.
Review, identify, and resolve errors in source documents with document originator.

Participate on the program information team and contribute to the decision-making process for program improvement, strategic initiatives, professional development, budget, governance, audit, and agency self-assessment.

Main Duties :
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion® insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
