Purpose
Temporary Position (expected to term February 27, 2026): Provide advanced data entry functions and other clerical operations of an office to support the UT Works' Lock and Key Module project. Responsibilities will include coding, inputting, and retrieving data from a computer.

Collect, code, input and retrieve information using data entry functions. Enter data from Keying worksheets into Excel spreadsheets in preparation for transferring lock information into UT Works Key Module Program.
Evaluate and verify notes and reports for correctness and accuracy before entering information into Excel spreadsheets. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data that has been or is to be entered.
Maintain confidential records and files. Must understand that security and confidentiality of the information being dealt with is mandatory.

Required Qualifications
High school graduation or GED. One year of experience in an office environment. One year of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications

Driving Required
