Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk II to support accurate data processing and record management at Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor. In this role, you will operate computer-based and electronic data entry devices to transcribe and code information from a variety of source documents. The position requires applying experience and judgment to select appropriate procedures, interpret data, and ensure records are entered correctly for system processing.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Greet customers and workers needing access to technical information.
Assist with managing asset and work management in Maximo - ensure key information in paper files from Technical Library, e.g. OEM manuals, warranty data, is aligned.
Copy memos, adjustment documents, and other documentation throughout the day.
Write names on labels and attach them to files. Alphabetize. File in Technical Library as required.
Provide efficient and effective customer service.
Assist in conducting monthly inventories as required.
Input pertinent information into Maximo and other Government systems in order to create required reports, such as maintenance and asset information.
Write data, including numbers, into logbook. Sequence document numbers. Match documents. File into filing cabinet in chronological order.
Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma/GED is required.
Must have at least one year's experience working with computers.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to organize and alphabetize according to an established filing system.

WORK SCHEDULE
