Major League Baseball is seeking Data Operations seasonal personnel for the upcoming season.
Data Operations personnel are responsible for digitally scoring games from the ballpark, which provides the data used in the live content applications on MiLB.com, including Gameday, real-time highlights and text alerts, and by our business partners. This is a perfect part-time job for a responsible, computer-savvy person who happens to be a big baseball fan.
Responsibilities:
Arrive at the ballpark no later than one hour prior to the scheduled start time
Double-check and verify all pre-game information: rosters, umpires, weather conditions, etc.
During the game, enter the results of every pitch and game event (plays, substitutions, etc.) using our proprietary software and coding language
Work closely with our game-night support staff (via Slack) to ensure proper scoring of all game events and accuracy of data
After the game, enter all post-game information and validate all stats and data in our scoring software against the box score provided by the Official Scorer.
Routine day-to-day correspondence via email, Slack, voice call and/or text message, to keep current with coverage schedules and other scheduled assignments.

About the Position:
The Order Entry Specialist is an integral part of the child support services establishment and enforcement process. The position supports attorneys and case managers, assisting with the scheduling of hearings, management of the court docket, assistance at court, and facilitating service of process and genetic testing. Job Duties
Create a workflow to manage this high-volume conversion project using an in-depth understanding of proper document retrieval, handling, and destruction of documents that contain personal and protected information.
Order files from offsite storage and other locations in preparation for scanning. Receive and process incoming files from internal teams
Organize and scan files for electronic storage; Ensure each file is readable and scanned completely.
Ensure files are properly classified, named, and saved in corresponding drives.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Keep a record of documents retrieved, scanned, saved, and destroyed.
Provide administrative assistance when needed.
