Job Summary:

The Transportation Post Clerk specializes in Medicaid recipient post appointment verification, per contract requirements for the transportation contract. This position requires maintenance of confidentiality and professionalism in all work produced. Understanding and compliance with contract rules and regulations is required when performing contract duties.This is a part-time, 25 hours a week M-F 11am-4pm, remote in Helena, MT after successful completion of onsite training at our local Corporate Office. The successful candidate would have strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A High school diploma or GED, 1 year experience in data entry preferred, and ability to operate standard office equipment, such as computer workstations, calculators, copiers, and varied telephone equipment. Targeted compensation for this position is $16.00 an hour. The first review of candidates will be on January 26, 2026, and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
