Bachoco USA is seeking a full time Data Entry Clerk for our Muldrow, OK location. Summary: Maintains updated information regarding inventory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Update receivers, transfers, and physical inventories. Perform data entry of received and shipped products. Prepare export documents, weekly closes, damage rework, and adjustment verification. Perform research and problem solving of issues reported regarding inventory and system operations. Proofread and prepare information for reports requested regarding activities at Distribution. Sign out drivers. Cross train to fill in for load coordinator on short-term basis. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American currency and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
