**Who You Are:**
An order/data entry representative that makes it a priority to ensure accuracy of orders and gives our estimators and sales team have the support they need. You have good prior data entry experience. Experience working in manufacturing, mechanical, or construction industry a plus.
**What You Will Be Doing:**
Keying fabricated orders into our data entry system. Working closely with our sales team and production to ensure proper scheduling and accuracy of orders prior to turning them over to production in a timely manner.
* Receives, processes, and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the company's internal CRM/Axapta mainframe system and customer purchase orders.
* Assists in proofreading entered orders and ensures that the correct codes are being applied prior to final confirmation.
* Collaborates with the scheduling/production department to make sure that the requested order(s) meet the customer's expectations.
* Modify quote status once order has been placed to ensure visibility and uniformity amongst sales team.
**Skills You Bring:**
