Responsibilities
Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
Type in data provided directly from customers
Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Update existing data
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Proven experience as

c. If an order in any way exceeds the customer's credit limit (i.e. C.O.D., C.I.A., over limit) advise the credit department and sales person and awaits further instructions.
d. Enters specific instructions for shipping, credit terms or special marking of material.
e. Properly enters the sales order lines, according to the inventory item and what material is being used. If problems or discrepancies arise, advises and/or resolves the situation with the sales person.
f. Proofreads the electronically entered sales orders, for accuracy, before filing.
g. Writes on the scratch order the automatic number that has been generated, or if it is a previously printed order or a future, indicates the release number.
h. Matches the scratch to the printed sales order.
i. Proofreads printed copy for accuracy.
3. When required, voids, modifies or cancels sales registers (both hard copies and all their parts,) and follows through electronically.
4. Run Credit Cards on the UTA online system.

Position Overview
The ID Verification Agent will be a member of the Operations team. During the 2-week training period, employees must be available to train M-F during a day shift. After the training period is over, employees will work with their supervisors to determine the official shift hours.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provides administrative support services between the client and facility in the areas not limited to transportation, medical, records to assist in managing the volume of detainees at the facility
Processes Judgment and Commitment Orders.
Assembles and processes requests for designation packages and submits them to the Bureau of Prisons.
Assists in the quarterly process of verifying detainers.
Updates medical information in the client's Justice Detention Information System (JDIS) and processes prisoner medical requests (PMRs) through USMS Prisoner Operations Division.
Updates prisoner statuses in the JDIS system to reflect their phase in the designation process.
Generating Prisoner Intake Form (USM-129), Personal History Form (USM-312) and other entries as deemed necessary by the USMS.
Schedules or arranges attorney requested video teleconference interviews with prisoners housed at various facilities outside the District.
Processes designations received by and submitting requests for Prisoner Movement (Form 106) lo the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS).
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or GED certificate.
Two (2) years of administration support experience preferably in a correctional environment.
