Hamrick's Careers **Early Morning Freight Processing Clerk (Store #26*)** Myrtle Beach, SC • Stores • Part-Time Hourly • Day Shift Currently taking applications for Early Morning Freight Processing Clerks for the South Myrtle Beach location at 8678 Highway 17 Bypass. The hours for this shift would be from 5:00am to 11:00am. The Early Morning Freight Processing Clerk processes stock, maintains back stock and replenishes freight from the stockroom to the sales floor to optimize store sales.
**Responsibilities**
* Stock and replenish sales floor
* Rotate product as directed
* Report damaged merchandise to manager on duty
* Retag product if tags are missing
* Change product signage as directed
* Hang and fold product
* Create displays for promotional items as directed
* Assist in unloading of trailer and staging merchandise
* Keep work area clean and safe from hazards
* Assist in other areas and perform other tasks as assigned by management/supervisor
**Qualifications**
* Cheerful and positive attitude
* Consistent and reliable
* Able to bend, stoop, stand for long periods of time, and climb a ladder per safety guidelines
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
* Able to manage a pallet jack
* Must be 16 years old or older
**Required Experience**
* 1 year of retail stocking experience preferred

Day in the Life of a Charge Entry Specialist
Responsible for the audit and daily balancing of encounters/ billable services as outlined in department processes for various centers.
Responsible for ensuring the accurate insurance demographic entry of patient information to enable timely reimbursement.
Responsible for the notification and accumulation of trends from Physicians and/or office personnel, in the event incomplete or inaccurate data is submitted.
Responsible for current knowledge of all CPT codes and modifiers, ICD-10 coding as well as any. regulatory compliance issues as it pertains to billing of Physicians services.
Responsible for notification to the RCM Manager of any errors and/or Compliance issues noted on submitted claims or pre-billed claims.
Responsible for the timely, accurate posting of all submitted encounters.
Education and Experience requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred 2 years medical billing and charge entry - in a hospital or physician office setting.
Certified coder preferred.
General knowledge of HCPCS and CPT coding.
Working knowledge of practice management software.
Working knowledge with allowable/contractual amounts, payment terminology, adjustments, identifying patient responsibility.
Hours, Schedule, and Travel (if applicable)
Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
Hybrid Opportunity - Position will be fully in office during training period (which may vary depending on candidate's ability to meet competency requirements. Once requirements have been met, the employee may transition to working three days in office per week and two days remote.

Job Overview
The Data Entry Technician primarily is focused on communicating with our physician practices and customers. You will be processing prescriptions and payments for orders in a timely and effective manner before sending them to the pharmacist for disbursement to production or the laboratory. Accurately gather and review customer's billing/shipping information before an order is keyed.
Responsible for contacting physician offices and patients to review and update their profile and insurance.
Promptly responds to all customer inquiries and re-directs to applicable departments as needed.
Promptly handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Urgently communicate with customers when orders have been delayed, cancelled or interrupted.
Communicate payment requirements.
Maintains compliance with company and HIPAA patient confidentiality requirements.
Manage the SweetSync medication refill synchronization program.
May work in different areas of the pharmacy such as retail production, laboratory or cashier when needed.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years related experience
State Pharmacy Technician Registration required
