Position Purpose:
The Data Entry team members are responsible for entering data from source documents, quickly and accurately. Doing so may require carefully analyzing, comparing and verifying data and researching and correcting errors. Completed work is filed in document folders in numeric order according to batch number.
Essential Job Functions: The Data Entry Clerk I must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
Manage workload to ensure the set goal number of warranties are completed daily.
Review, analyze, compare and verify accuracy of billing data to data that was entered.
Research and gather information on any error reports and correct errors daily, as needed.
Review and ensure all filing of warranty folders are in numerical order according to batch number.
Review and ensure all faxes, documents and reports are processed correctly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage time effectively and complete tasks with little to no guidance, think and plan ahead, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
Possess and exhibit an exemplary level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

8 hrs a day 40 hrs a week 9:00am - 5:30pm 1/2 hour, unpaid lunch and 2/15 minute breaks The Data Entry Associate will be responsible for entering data into SAP database to create and update financial information to new and existing customer master data profiles. This will include the scanning and uploading of DEA, tax, and other regulatory documents.
This assignment would require the worker to ensure quality data is being entered: conducts ongoing clean-up of database, verifies, tracks, and files data. Works with team and follows up when needed; resolves issues resourcefully. Conducts database searches and generates reports based on data as necessary. Effectively prioritizes to complete tasks and avoid delays in work flow. Takes full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of work.
