Review 200-300 incoming faxes daily, ensuring each document is read thoroughly and routed correctly. Enter and update patient information and referral details into BrightTree, our Windowsbased electronic medical records (EMR) system. Use an internal ordering platform to process referrals from hospitals, clinics, and other medical partners. Assign specific orders (e.g., hospital bed requests) to designated staff members according to written guidelines. Follow a detailed written guide to ensure consistency and compliance with internal procedures. Document patient notes and maintain accurate records within the EMR system. Perform repetitive data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and speed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
