Maintains filing systems and departmental records. May perform other clerical duties as directed. This role is to support team during a system conversion. Candidate will be grabbing prints from que and imaging them to ensure user can complete their intake. They will be using Microsoft word and excel products to complete tasks of using emails to scan into a shared group mailbox. They will need to meet production requirements and handle assigned workload. They will work with a team of about 30-40 people at this location. This is not a customer facing role and they will only be working with other employees of the bank. They will need to be able to move around from desk to printer to mailboxes and back to desk. Assist with system updates, data migrations, and audits to ensure consistency and accuracy across the ERP system. Identify and report any ERP system errors or inconsistencies to the IT team or system administrators for resolution. Suggest improvements to data entry processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
