We are looking for a detail-oriented data entry operator to help us create, collect, and maintain our digital database. You will be expected to compile, merge, and format papers for data entry, review documents for mistakes, input data and update the database, and handle the digital file systems as a data entry operator.
Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials.
Creating digital documents from paper or dictation.
Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups.

Maintain naming conventions and filing standards to ensure documents are easily accessible for audits and quality checks.
