Job Title: Data Entry
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85007
Expected Duration: 6+ months contract with the possibility of extension

This position will be 100% Onsite

Sometimes our documents can be a mystery and we are looking for people that enjoy solving problems. This position is responsible for reviewing errors, researching and analyzing information to correct tax documents and payments that require further analysis. If you like to work with a great team that collaborates, is hyper-focused on supporting the customer, and solving problems, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze documents and payments that require a more detailed review.

• This position works independently to resolve customer issues and will consult a procedural manual for direction, working with two systems to acquire information or correct inaccurate material.

Requirements

• Skill in operation of data entry equipment

• Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suites

• Oral and written communication

• Detail oriented and passionate about accuracy

• Understanding of mathematical principles

• Possible mandated OT a few Saturdays in April, May and June

Experience with computers, working with production goals, and analogical thinking is preferred.

There will be a chance for the candidate to convert to FTE after 641 hours.

You Will Be Responsible For :
Exceptional Work : Registers or checks in patients for their laboratory testing in a friendly, professional manner. Ensures delivery of Laboratory reports to the appropriate facility by established methods. Files patient orders and/or reports according to established filing system and upon direction, routes files to patient floors or permanent storage locations. Excellent Communicator : Contributes to continuous process improvement of laboratory services using problem-solving skills and a knowledge of services. Communicates client concerns to management using the Process Improvement Record (PIR) to assist with trending issues. Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with administrators, colleagues, patients, and healthcare providers. Exceptional Educator : Provides orientation and leadership of new or less experienced personnel. Technical Familiarity: Understanding in computer-based applications (email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office). Active Teamwork : Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork. Willing to assist where needed. Assists administrative or Technical Staff with additional reports or projects, as needed.
Requirements :
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of sciences, simple medical procedures or terminology and/or experience with office equipment. Experience: Data entry, patient scheduling/registration, medical office experience preferred. Skills: Work requires the analytical ability to gather and interpret data in situations where the information or problems are not overly difficult or complex. Ability to exchange information on factual matters, schedule appointments, greet visitors, explain Hospital policies, and / or relay messages to appropriate personnel. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required. Ability to identify and assess problems and develop and implement solutions in a non-confrontational manner is essential.
