Work Environment
The role is based in an office environment with approximately 12 teammates.
Each technician will have their own cubicle and will work in a quiet, production-based setting.
The role is repetitive and involves being responsible for the front line of the pharmacy, handling all incoming phone calls, faxes, and electronic orders.
Team members are assigned specific areas throughout the week, with responsibilities split 50% on phone (mainly with nurses and providers) and 50% on data entry. Most shifts are mid or late shifts, with availability needed for all shifts.
Morning shift is 8-4:30pm, mid shift 10:30-7pm, and late shift 2:30-11pm.
Training during the first month will occur in the mid-shift. Work includes alternating weekends, with some shifts on both Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday shifts are 9-5:30pm and 11:30-8pm, while Sunday shifts are 10-6:30pm. Employees work five days a week, with days off scheduled as fits best within the week.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.

Department Responsibilities
Works as part of the IT Data and Analytics team by supporting business intelligence and master data management functions that drive enterprise-wide business processes, reporting, and decisions.
Gains experience working with large quantities of raw and unorganized data using a variety of tools and technologies, including Stibo, SAP (ERP, Information Steward, Data Services, etc.), and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Collaborates with business intelligence analysts and developers to support their enterprise reporting activities, which include requirements gathering; prototyping; development of data models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations; testing; and training.
Aids in master data management initiatives to support enterprise-wide activities, which include developing master data definitions, standards, and business rules; leading data cleansing efforts across business units; creating and implementing data quality governance and lifecycle management policies and procedures; and generating master data quality metrics, dashboards, and tracking.

Qualifications
Must be entering final year of undergraduate study at the time of application (Fall 2026/Spring 2027 graduation date)
Strong knowledge of business office procedures, office equipment operation, data entry/keyboarding skills, and communication systems helpful.
Requires strong knowledge of PC for Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and OneNote).
