You will be responsible for
Designing and executing human experiments to quantify and interpret explicit health, wellness, and performance characteristics within naturalistic movement environments
Researching and reviewing relevant scientific journals, publications, and testing and then analyzing and synthesizing technical biomechanics issues involving kinematics, dynamics, mechanisms of injury, and human tolerance
Deriving, analyzing, and interpreting a variety of complex technology-driven data streams related to human health, wellness, and performance, and human-product interactions in a variety of naturalistic use settings
Using innovative data analysis approaches to understand or inform health, wellness, and performance outcomes for a broad range of biomechanical and physiological data streams
Writing proposals to initiate and/or support new opportunities in the human performance technology sector (e.g. clinical, military, consumer products, sports)

Demonstrating the ability to synthesize technical information into an easily understood format suitable for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences

You will have the following skills and qualifications
Ph.D. in Biomechanics, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Kinesiology, Movement Science, Physical Therapy, or a related field

Compensation
Our consultants are rewarded for their technical and business contributions and have an opportunity to plan for future success and career growth. Exponent's total compensation plan is consistent with its expectations of the quality and quantity of work performed and with the professional standards set by Exponent. At the Associate and Senior Associate level, total compensation includes base salary, bi-weekly bonuses for high-intensity efforts, annual bonus and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.

On occasion Londonderry and possible surrounding towns. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position.
Major Functional Areas and Description of Duties
Assists those experiencing or imminent risk of homelessness in identifying immediate needs.
Will utilize housing problem solving, and prevention and diversion strategies, as appropriate.
Completes the necessary housing assessments as required by the Balance of State Coordinated Entry System with eligible households.
Honors participant choice in making and taking referrals.
Provide or arrange for provision of housing-focused case management and voluntary supportive services.

Ensures that all Production and Indirect data not interfaced directly from SCAN has been accurately entered into the PATS/Labor Management software database. Data entry clerks analyze each associate's daily activity to identify and correct issues with data transmission, incorrect transferring of associates, and indirect requests that do not fit into requested time slots. Data entry clerks interact with supervisors to ensure issues are resolved as identified and to ensure that all necessary paperwork has been properly authorized and submitted. And, because it takes all of us, Roca also helps institutions like police and state agencies change the way they work with young people who are traumatized and living at the intersection of gangs, drugs, poverty, violence, immigration challenges, and involvement with multiple public systems.
Position Overview:
The Re-Entry Coordinator position at Roca is a full-time position reporting to the Youth Work Supervisor. The primary duties will be to support Roca's work in the Suffolk, Middlesex & Essex County Houses of Correction through the Sheriff's Department an Emerging Adult Re-Entry Initiative Grant. This position will assist with the pre/post release outreach and programming support of incarcerated young people ages 16-24 years of age, with a focus on young women and mothers.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified candidate must be a highly detail oriented individual with and an understanding and drive to work with very high risk young men. Specific skills required include:
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with the Massachusetts criminal justice system
A minimum of one-year experience in administration of SNAP program.
Must be able to qualify to work in a prison setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly skilled navigating within a prison setting.
High Level of data management skills including the ability to track detailed program performance data and match performance outcomes to proposed payments.
The ability to understand program outcome data and its impacts on program payment structures.
High level of Emotional Intelligence and professionalism.
Extensive knowledge of courts and both juvenile and adult criminal justice systems.
Experience working with child welfare system and family court preferred but not required.
Computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Driver's license and willingness to travel across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

As a Data Engineering Intern you'll work closely with the data engineering and analytics teams to gain hands-on experience in building and maintaining data infrastructure while developing predictive models for operational insights.
