PCF is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Data Entry Specialist to manage donation entry and record-keeping, ensuring accurate donor data. This role helps ensure smooth gift processing, timely donor acknowledgments, and administrative support for the Database Team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Database Operations, this role supports donor engagement and database integrity and assists with administrative duties. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and equally comfortable with data accuracy and donor-focused administrative support.
Essential
Functions:
Accurately enter and maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge.
Process donations and generate timely acknowledgment letters and gift receipts.
Prepare donor lists, briefing materials, and other stewardship tasks for gift officers.
Assist with donor stewardship activities such as event support, mailings, and follow-up.
Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.
Ensure donor data is secure and handled in compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with both the fundraising and database teams to fulfill data, reporting, and administrative needs. Support ongoing database maintenance and cleanup to ensure data integrity.
Maintain documentation of data entry procedures and best practices.
Required Skills/Competencies

Proficiency in Raiser's Edge.
At least 2 years of nonprofit experience entering and managing data in donor CRM platforms (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce)
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Job Duties
