The DET I is responsible for general support functions within the Specimen Processing Department.

* Determines and verifies client codes and additional tests and entering information into the Laboratory Information System (LIS), utilizing Image.Now and Read.Soft applications in both English and French
* Resolves discrepancies in both English and French
* Utilizes the Image.Now application to enter information into the Quest Toxicology Network (QTN).
* All functions must be performed with confidence, accuracy and in a timely manner.

Title: Data Entry Tech Location: Orange County CA Duration: Temp ***We are looking for bilingual Vietnamese ONLY.

The position will provide assistance with data entry and clerical functions, including processing member health rewards, packaging, inserting, and mailing of health rewards to members, organizing returned mail, and aggregating and tracking daily processed rewards and other administrative functions. The incumbent performs routine to complex data entry and data maintenance functions and is responsible for timely and accurate database maintenance, including compiling the work of others.

+ Processing member health rewards which include reviewing and entering data from various sources including reward forms.

+ Reviews data and determines appropriateness for inclusion; enters data from various documents or data sources.
+ Assists, monitors and audits the work of other staff involved in health rewards processing.

+ Maintains member eligibility as it pertains to health rewards qualifications.

+ Assists in the development of desk top procedures for assigned functions.

+ Coordinates the tracking of records needed for health rewards processing..

+ Sorts and organizes incoming documents and mail (e.g., member health reward forms, etc.).
