In this role you will work with important datasets in a national repository of medical data. To be considered, you'll need prior demonstrable experience in Data Integration, Data Analysis, and using Kettle ETL mapping.

Overview Under general supervision and leadership, the HIM Data Integrity Analyst (DIA) will interact with the EMR system and users to facilitate correction all of medical records documentation errors identified, and the EMPI processes including but not limited to merging/unmerging and contact moving of incorrectly assigned encounters to the appropriate patient record. The DIA will monitor the appropriate queues and systems to identify, resolve, communicate the documentation error and validate that the medical record documentation error has been resolved or remediated. Also, works with HIM staff, hospital departments, and other healthcare affiliates to ensure efficient and effective resolution to documentation errors, to include the accuracy and validity of physician-created documents via voice-to-text technology. Key Responsibilities · Monitors and resolves correction requests sent to the Duplicate Queue on an ongoing and continuous basis. Assists with resolving duplicate records and other errors that are reported to the Help Desk. Applies and removes chart correction FYI flags, and indicates the patient chart as "Mark Patient for Merge request", or other notification, regarding a duplicate medical record number in the patient chart. · Communicates with the appropriate parties during the process of resolving chart correction errors, and assist providers with correcting MR errors as needed, and validates that the documentation error has been remediated or resolved. The Data Warehouse and Integrations Analyst will play a pivotal data engineering role in the support, evolution, and management of an Enterprise data lake/warehouse on our cloud platforms.
