Build your future with us The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Planning Analytics and Risk Management department has an open position of Associate Data Scientist - Innovation. This position will be based in our corporate headquarter in Fairfield, Ohio, reporting to the Director of Innovation and Research. This newly formed innovation analytics team supports our strategic innovation across the company, covering commercial and personal line P&C insurance, reinsurance, and life insurance. The work may impact any stage of the insurance life cycle, ranging from agency relationship, marketing and risk selection, pricing, underwriting, loss control and risk mitigation, service and operation, retention, claims, and fraud. The team's goal is to bring new data, analytics, and technology into the corporation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall business. The team will also support the analytics need for any new insurance and reinsurance product. The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
