What You'll Do:


The Data Processing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accuracy of all job orders submitted to them by our clients. They will report to the Data Processing Manager, and will work closely with the Data Processing, Digital Development and Client Services teams. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: following all established processes and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of the data at all times; communicating with Account Managers and the data processing team to ensure all provided instructions are accurate and fully understood; and identifying and reporting any inconsistencies found in the data upon discovery.


What You Need To Have:

  • Minimum experience required: 6 months-1 year of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with RedPoint platform preferred
  • Experience with Software Analysis and Testing/Debugging a must
  • Familiarity with Software Programming Fundamentals a must
  • Familiarity with relational databases a must
  • Experience with version control preferred
  • Experience with programming languages, like FoxPro, VB6 and SQL, preferred
  • Data Mining and manipulation preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) preferred

**Job Summary (Purpose):**

This _seasonal_ position consists of set-up and processing data for customer accounts, billing, adjustments and reporting. Could include review of customer accounts within SAP and processing credits, refunds, charges, etc.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Performs data entry and data quality functions within CRM and SAP

+ Inputs master data requests into system for new customer accounts and makes changes to account master data as requested

+ Accurately maintains customer master data and information in SAP through accurate data entry and monitoring

+ Reviews and processes incoming CRM cases with contracts and documents, delivery updates, forecast errors and exceptions, and some billing disputes

+ Provides updates to status requests

+ Interacts with department management and field operations on an as-needed basis in order to accomplish assigned tasks
