Pros of working at DRS

Junior level management has has on knowledge of what is going on and tries to set realistic expectation's for employees.

Cons of working at DRS

Middle level management and senior level management go into micromanagement mode at every setback

DRS benefits

The ease of transitioning between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Being able to shift starting times 10-20 occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances.
