Your responsibilities: * Data analysis and Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes, etc. * Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible. * Communication: Support the communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners. * Data Entry: Input and update project-related data in various systems and databases. * Reporting: Assist in the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, and other documentation as required. * Coordination: Help coordinate project activities, track progress, and follow up on action items. * Research: Conduct research on project-related topics and provide insights to support decision-making. * Support: Provide general support to the PMO team as needed. Your profile: * You must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program focusing on Business Studies, Project Management, information technology, or a related field with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months * Proficiency in written and spoken English. * Good command of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Good understanding of Project Management Professional (PMP) basics * Good understanding of developing IT products in an Agile environment and/or Agile Certification. * Commitment, ability to work independently, attention to detail.
