HOSPITALITY INTERNSHIP The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers Hospitality Intern will assist the Director of Food & Beverage, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating picnics throughout the stadium and assisting in concession stands as needed. Lead set-up and closing in the left field lofts and picnic areas for every home game. Responsible for inventory and receiving of food and beverage and food service products associated with the running of the facility. Become knowledgeable with the point-of-sale system and key troubleshooting needs. Oversee cleanup of picnic prep areas. Ensure appropriate products are available and assist with deliveries. Responsible for developing, and management of food and beverage staff. Provide insight for improvements in all facets of event planning and execution. Inquire with the Director of Food and Beverage or Assistant Director of Food and Beverage as to any projects that need to be accomplished Suggested Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and customer service skills. Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift 100 lbs. Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to last minute changes. Aside from the above stated duties, interns will be required to attend staff meetings as needed and assist the front office staff whenever needed. Other duties could include pulling tarp, assisting with special events and promotions (diamond dance, on-field promos), customer service and general office duties.
