Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data workflows, tools, and documentation. Education/experience Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, information systems, statistics, or a related field. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Power BI Data Analyst are a plus. 3+ years of experience with Power BI, including advanced dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling techniques. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks. Proficient in SQL for querying and managing relational databases, particularly within SQL Server environments. Solid understanding of cloud-based data platforms, especially within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse). Practical experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and working with data warehouses and data lakes to support analytics workflows. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, well-documented outputs. Education Required: Associates and/or Vocational School degree with study in job related area or equivalent work experience. Certification Required: Successful completion of PIMS DQC Track by the end of the 1st year of employment.
