Your Assignment: Investigate cleaning methodologies and their impact on different material surfaces, i.e. efficacy, positive and negative changes at the part surface Understand particle & molecular contaminants transport mechanism in product and test equipment Characterize type and amount of contamination by collecting contamination samples and performing relevant tests Investigate material issues / challenges using appropriate material diagnostic tools like SEM, AFM, WLI, spectroscopy, etc. Clearly communicate progress and status of ongoing technical activities to senior management Write cleanliness and contamination control procedures and train technicians to efficiently implement the procedure in manufacturing.
