Reviews and analyzes property sales; and, develops and presents a report describing trends in property sales. Performs a full range of complex analytical tasks and work within a framework of established procedures with only occasional instruction or assistance.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,700 and $126,860 per Year. The pay range for this position in Illinois at the start of employment is expected to be between $77,000 and $114,120 per Year. Position Overview
The Data Analyst serves as the primary resource for operational reporting and data validation across the organization. *What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):*
* Conduct in-depth investigations and research into illicit activity, scams, onchain exploits, and vulnerabilities, using blockchain analytics and clustering techniques to surface suspicious trends and patterns.
* Analyze and document exploit methodologies, attack vectors, abuse patterns, and incident impacts, providing actionable intelligence to strengthen Coinbase's security posture.
* Develop and automate scalable methods for detecting and understanding emerging threats, including building dashboards, writing queries, and supporting incident response with clear, quantitative reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate and advise on evolving exploit tactics, risk landscapes, potential mitigations and investigative best practices.
* Monitor and research threat actors, their environments, and emerging blockchain trends to stay ahead of illicit activity and technological developments.
* Respond to urgent, sensitive cases with discretion and professionalism, and support team members as needed.
* Handle highly sensitive cases with respective urgency and discretion;

The Senior Data and Research Analyst will support OSS with assessment, research, and strategy development activities in contribution to Portland State's strategic goal to elevate student success. Student success is the institution's top priority, and this role will be critical in elevating and expanding our nationally renowned success innovations.
The Senior Data and Research Analyst will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and reporting data from institutional and external databases to help report student success outcomes, such as retention and degree completion rates. This may include conducting modeling, analysis, and interpretation of information, as well as employing data mining or analytics to support decision making related to a wide range of student success projects and questions.
This work will primarily involve collecting, analyzing, visualizing, and reporting quantitative data but may also include reporting and analyzing qualitative data. The Analyst will present and report findings to the Office of Student Success and the broader PSU community regularly, assist in developing assessment plans for student success projects, and analyze project outcomes.
One of the analyst's primary responsibilities will be developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards used by both faculty and staff from various units across campus to explore and track key performance indicators and student success metrics. This position specifically supports initiatives funded by the Association of Public and Land Grant Universities' Transformational Change Collaborative grant.
