We seek a Junior Information Management/Knowledge Management (IM/KM) Data Analyst who will thrive in a challenging, rewarding, process-oriented environment. As a team member, you will contribute to the ongoing efforts of the Marine Corps' concept-based Force Development led by Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Combat Development & Integration (CD&I). You will contribute towards designing and developing a modernized Marine Corps to campaign and win in an evolving threat environment. Your efforts will provide deployed MAGTFs with the capability to deny, deter, and, if necessary, defeat adversaries as part of a naval, joint, combined, and interagency campaign.
The IM/KM Data Analyst will assist in analyzing, designing, evaluating, and planning the Business and Information Technology Systems Architecture to optimize the enterprise information technology architecture. The analyst will also provide technical assistance to agency information technology staff.

Responsibilities:
Support IM/KM operations across multiple divisions that develop service-wide capabilities and solutions for current and future operating environments.
Assist in developing technical reports and dashboards that enable senior leader decision-making.
Integrate the four components of IM/KM into daily operations to support capability development data collection, maintenance, and analysis.
Assist in developing SharePoint and PowerPlatform pages and applications to support a variety of stakeholders and working groups.
Advocate for and enable data-based decision-making.
Develop, maintain, and disseminate instructions and conduct user training to ensure personnel can properly store, locate, and use information within the NIPR and SIPR SharePoint libraries.
Provide technical assistance for documentation.
Design and prepare technical reports, studies, and related documentation; develop charts and graphs to record results; prepare and deliver presentations, training, and briefings as required.
Produce periodic progress reports.

Background:
Navanti is seeking a Junior Data Scientist to support an anticipated position at NATO HQ in Norfolk, VA.
Core Responsibilities:
Contribute to the activities of the Political Military Assisted Decision-Making Team.
Knowledge of Data models. Evaluates the outcomes, veracity, and performance of data models.
Engages with the target user to prototype and refine human computer interfaces to optimize visualization of the relationships between different data entities.
Specifies and applies appropriate techniques to clean and properly format data for use
Reviews the benefits and value of techniques and tools and recommends improvements for cleansing and reformatting data.
Define/ refine PM-ADM operational, capability, and regulatory requirements
Development of concepts of operation, working with subject matter experts.
Construct data strategies in line with the owning organizations approach to collecting, storing, and analyzing data;
Remain up-to-date with new developments in data science and AI to bring innovative ideas into implementation;
Directly supports the Program Director and travels to meetings and conferences within and outside NATO s boundaries for up to 30 days per year.
Performs additional tasks as required by the COTR related to the LABOR category.
Necessary Qualifications:
A University/ Bachelor s degree in Data/Computer Science or exceptionally. A university degree may be substituted with the demonstration of a candidate s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest within SACT, that is, at least 2 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience, in the field of Data Science, Data Analyst or similar role.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of at least 2 years in of requirements management tools (identify which tools).
Demonstrate 2 years knowledge of Capability Development and Management processes.
Experience involving the support to data focused operations, such experience should encompass at least 1 skill(s) listed:
Machine Learning (ML)/ AI knowledge
Large Language Models
Working knowledge of Computer System of Systems Architectures.
Experience with data science tools to support data analytics and data visualization.
Experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies.
Program Management experience within a complex and dynamic program environment.
Successful engagement with project users and stakeholders at NCIA.

The Market Research Intern will oversee the day-to-day operations of market research projects and support the market research team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to the new homes market. The role involves managing research projects, coordinating with both internal and external research partners, and providing administrative support to ensure research projects are completed on time and within budget.

This is a fully in-person internship and the Market Research Intern will be working at our Broadlands Office in Ashburn, VA.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the management of market research projects, including coordinating project timelines, overseeing data collection, and ensuring project milestones are met
Hands-on management of various new home listing sites, including MLS, Zillow and BDX. This includes gathering information for new listings, managing the flow of information across all communities and weekly audits
Collaborate with both internal and external partners to oversee correct execution of listing services, competitive market analyses and research studies
Assist in the development and implementation of market research surveys and focus groups to gather data from potential homebuyers
Monitor and report on the progress of research studies, providing updates to the market research team as needed
Maintain accurate records of research projects, including timelines, and deliverables
Provide administrative support to the market research team, including scheduling meeting
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and MS Word
CRM experience (Hubspot preferred)
