Under the direction of the supervising Food and Beverage Outlet Manager to whom the intern reports, the intern will be immersed in the Poolside Food and Beverage operations of a world class resort with exposure to all different aspects of a fast-paced food and beverage environment. The intern will support the Poolside Food and Beverage operation through performing the role of bartender, food runner, and server along with management and administrative duties within Dollywood's DreamMore Resort and the Poolside Food and Beverage operation.
