Details: The Data Insights Analyst transforms refinery operational data into actionable insights, and work with stakeholders to proactively resolve risks. The Self Perform Work (SPW) division of DPR directly hires and manages craft workforces to perform certain scopes of work. Collecting and compiling data from internal sources to identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability. Working directly with our marketing, operations and accounting departments to improve operational performance internally and externally. This position uses available software to analyze, identify and assess data, credit union wide. Work directly with the management team to develop and maintain organized data files to assist in productivity and accuracy of individual departmental needs. This position will be significant amounts of problem solving! Developing an understanding of business process, goals, and strategies to provide analysis and interpretation to management. What is the schedule? Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this. This is not a remote position.
