+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

What you'll achieve
As a Data Science Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will also partner with business leaders, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.

Essential Requirements
10+ years of experience in a related role or equivalent skill/education; must include deep knowledge of data science principles.
Strong coding skills in Python and SQL and machine Learning knowledge (Deep learning, NLP, Classification, Forecasting, Regression, GenAI etc. on large datasets) with experience in ML model deployment
Ability to work with internal stakeholders to transfer business questions into quantitative problem statements
Ability to effectively communicate data science progress to non-technical internal stakeholders and ability to lead a team of data scientists is a plus
Desirable Requirements
Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
Ability to act as a coach to the team and strong product/technology/industry knowledge
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $192,000 - $248,000.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Strategy Intern to join our team. This intern will play an integral role in supporting our efforts to refine workflows, analyze data, and help teams execute efficiently. This role combines elements of strategy development, data analysis, and client implementation support-offering you hands-on experience in executing projects at scale.
To be considered, you must be able to commit to a 10-week hybrid internship and work 40 hours per week during our summer program
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis and Research: Conduct analysis and research on industry trends, prospects, clients, and competitors
* Project Management: Support revenue operations projects and manage initiatives that track client revenues & cost allocations, streamline vendor process management, and identify revenue or cost-saving opportunities
* Process Documentation: Work with stakeholders to collaborate across Product, Business, and Customer Service to develop internal and client-facing policies
* Process Creation, Optimization, and Automation: Create efficiency-oriented processes to streamline operations
* Collaboration: Work closely and cross-functionally with members of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Relationship Management and Solutions teams
Education and Experience:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Math, Stats, Econ, Data Analytics, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Senior standing, May 2027 graduate
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in data analysis.
* Familiarity with SQL.
* Basic understanding of platform services and metrics creation is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Ability to think strategically and solve problems
* Strong track record of independent work and leadership ability
* An analytical mind, willing to continually roll up your sleeves and dig deeper into everything put in front of you
* Excellent informal and formal written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
