Core Responsibilities (What They'll Actually Do)

Support enterprise data warehouses and data marts
Develop and document ETL and ELT processes
Work with structured and semi-structured data, including JSON formats
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across analytics assets
Maintain accurate documentation for data models, pipelines, and definitions
Are You an Experienced Data Analytics Professional Ready to Make an Impact?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
4+ years of experience in data analysis and data modeling
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including fact and dimension tables
Experience with star and snowflake schema design
Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and Spark
Understanding of retail banking data and regulatory considerations
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences
