In your first 30 days, you will:

Become familiar with specific electronic clinical quality measure data use cases.
In your first 6 months, you will:
Collaborate with other team members to use Databricks to develop sophisticated SQL code and some Python code to transform Epic Clarity/Caboodle sourced data into predefined Medisolv data objects.
Assist with optimization of all existing Epic and other EHR Vendor data source transformation scripts.
Learn data quality concepts in support of electronic clinical quality measures.
In your first 12 months, you will:
Independently use Databricks to develop sophisticated SQL code and some Python code to transform Epic Clarity/Caboodle sourced data into predefined Medisolv data objects.
Work on optimizing and validating all existing Epic transformation scripts.
Create documentation and define Epic data reporting best practices.
Learn how to read and interpret electronic clinical quality measure specifications.
