The Enterprise Data Analyst is a hands-on data professional responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics that support both practice-level operations and corporate shared services. This role transforms data into actionable insights to support decision-making across Orthopedic Care Partners (OCP).
This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in analytics who is ready to expand their impact in a growing, data-driven organization. The analyst will work cross-functionally, deepen technical skills, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen data literacy and reporting standards across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Visualization and Reporting
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other approved business intelligence tools.
Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly, visually compelling reporting solutions.
Ensure all visualizations follow enterprise design standards, maintain brand consistency, and meet accessibility best practices.
Continuously enhance existing dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Data Analysis & Query Development
Write, refine, and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and analysis across multiple data sources.
Conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Validate the accuracy and consistency of data outputs through quality assurance checks and testing protocols.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to finance, operations, clinical, marketing) to understand reporting needs and business goals.
Facilitate conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of data definitions and report outputs.
Act as a liaison between the business and technical resources, helping to translate business questions into actionable analytics solutions.
Support change management efforts related to new reports, dashboards, or metrics.
Data Governance & Documentation
Support enterprise data governance efforts by helping to define and standardize key metrics and performance indicators.
Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for all dashboards, data sources, and business logic used in reporting.
Participate in efforts to improve data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems.
Assist in auditing and resolving data quality issues in collaboration with data engineering or source system teams.
Analytics Request Management
Assist with the intake, triage, and tracking of analytics and reporting requests, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
Manage the delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain transparency with stakeholders by communicating timelines, dependencies, and progress updates.
Professional Development & Learning
Engage in ongoing learning and skill development related to analytics tools, data platforms, and domain knowledge.
Actively participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions, lunch-and-learns, or community of practice meetings.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting.
Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Strong working knowledge of Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools, including dashboard development and data modeling.
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

This position will support the day-to-day data entry and data trending activities of the quality control group by performing data entry of environmental monitoring data, microbial identification, data trending, graphing and reporting. Maintain Safety Data Sheet master file.
Revise facility-wide HSE programs.
Maintain job safety analysis documents.
Conduct new employee safety orientation on a regular basis.
Maintain EHS training records working with Learning One Source (LOS) coordinators.
Coordinate EHS training for scientific staff, for example respirator users, hearing protection and powered industrial trucks.
Assist with review of Standard Operating Procedures focusing on safety and environmental areas.
Participate in EHS Committee activities.
Assist with building tours focusing on HSE needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the Site Operations team, ensuring achievement of overall Site Operations goals.
Responsible for pro-actively providing the Head of Site Operations with regular updates regarding the level of EHS compliance with company procedures and processes.

Requirements
Bachelor's chemistry/scientific or engineering degree from an accredited institution with at least three (3) years of demonstrated EHS knowledge/experience.

Works closely with and under the supervisor of the Billing Department Manager.
Acknowledges clients presenting for a receipt, verifies information on billing forms. Enters the billing information into the HMS and advises the client of costs, answers client questions, verifies payor information in the system making necessary corrections. Accepts payments for services from clients, makes change as needed, enters payments into the HMS, advises client of all balances due, makes diligent efforts to collect balances due, and generates receipts for payments received. Issues one copy of the receipt to the client and retains one copy for department records. Maintains all payments received, cash and checks, in a secure manner. Tallies the cash drawer for the daily deposit, ensuring the checks, cash and credit card entries match the totals of the receipts written. Delivers the cash drawer contents to the fiscal department designee and secures signature for the funds turned over for deposit. Utilization Management, Case Management, Quality Improvement or Inpatient Coding experience preferred. Required Qualifications
