Position Summary
The Product Data Specialist is responsible for the execution and maintaining all aspects of product data. Ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and optimized across systems, sales channels, and customer touchpoints. This role acts as the bridge between merchandising, marketing, operations, and vendors to maintain data quality and integrity.
Major Responsibilities
Product Data:
Manage, update and maintain product data standards, taxonomies, and attributes across all product categories.
Create and manage SKUs, enrichment, and ongoing maintenance of product data in the ERP system and Arcade (online stores/portals).
Audit and clean product data regularly to eliminate duplicates, inconsistencies, or outdated information.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness for all product listings-including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications-in online stores and portals.
Support or lead implementation and optimization of PIM/DAM systems to centralize and standardize product data and digital assets.
Ensure compliance data (PCSIA, Prop65, safety certifications, sustainability information) is accurately maintained and easily accessible for all SKUs.
Vendor & Information Coordination:
Collect, standardize and validate vendor-supplied data including cost, dimensions, materials, compliance documents, and digital assets.
Maintain an organized, accessible database of vendor information including contacts, product catalogs, and data sheets.
Oversee PromoStandards integrations to maintain data accuracy and improve vendor data submission efficiency.
Evaluate vendor performance related to data accuracy and responsiveness, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
System & Process Management:
Collaborate with IT and operations to optimize automation and minimize manual entry.
Implement and enforce data governance policies, naming conventions, and version control.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

As a Molecular Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing and providing training on the use of Hologic molecular products for internal and external customers, individually or as part of a cross-functional team including technical support and sales. This is a role that has extensive travel of 90% and mainly covering Greater Atlanta, South Carolina, and Bermuda.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Is responsible for a defined set of customers within his/her local territory, as well as customers outside assigned territory when the need arises. Required to work outside normal business hours when requested on limited occasions.
Independently schedules and conducts training, installs and field support activities including PMs and CCVs, on company products, equipment and related applications at customer sites with co-travel support as needed. Exercises discretion, foresight and independent judgment when performing these duties.
Must be able to follow standard operating procedure to teach customers on the use of Hologic's products to advance the Company's business interests.
Performs technical and application support including hardware, software and chemistry troubleshooting with co-travel support as needed. Works closely with internal technical support team to gather information for complaint records and internal troubleshooting to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in reviewing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained to determine appropriate action.
Abides by training and complaint handling SOP's to ensure consistency amongst all new and existing accounts. Provides follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and technical issues are resolved.
Maintains clear and complete records to comply with all elements of the Quality System relevant to the position. Documents activities within the Oracle system and classifies calls according to SOP's. Escalates issues to management as needed.
Builds stable internal and external relationships by acting as a liaison between the customer and various departments at Hologic, reporting field issues to technical support and providing necessary follow up.
Works closely with sales team in sales process to provide technical support and performs pre-implementation meetings for all customer trainings and performs on-site Site Assessments as needed.
May provide technical support at professional conferences.
Regularly demonstrates proficiency in all Hologic competencies.
Maintains FAS administrative standards, is fiscally responsible, submits expense reports within guidelines, and provides required field reports on time.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Mathematics, or related field, with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience working in molecular diagnostics/clinical laboratory setting; or Master's degree with 1 year of relevant lab experience
Familiarity with current laboratory practices and guidelines
Basic knowledge of molecular biology and chemistry principles
Ability to stay current in technical knowledge to troubleshoot technical questions from customers and provide information back to the customer in a helpful, courteous, positive and professional manner.
Computer experience, including PC networking, Windows, MS Office, Internet and others.
The annualized base salary range for this role is $62 ,300 to $97,400 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.

The Applications Consultant is a client-facing, post-sale implementation specialist responsible for the successful deployment of Azalea Health's EHR solutions with a focus on clinical workflows. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to assess needs, configure solutions, deliver training, and support go-live readiness. The Applications Specialist manages multiple implementations simultaneously and plays a critical role in driving on-time, high-quality go-lives while minimizing risk and escalations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
Client Implementation & Delivery
* Serve as a primary clinical applications expert for assigned EHR implementations following contract execution
* Lead discovery sessions to assess client clinical workflows, operational objectives, and implementation readiness
* Configure Azalea Health's EHR to align with best-practice clinical workflows and client requirements
* Deliver end-user and role-based training for providers and clinical staff, both onsite and remotely
* Support go-live planning and execution, including readiness assessments and workflow validation
Project Execution & Collaboration
* Manage multiple concurrent implementations while adhering to defined timelines, scope, and delivery standards
* Maintain detailed project documentation including training plans, workflow decisions, risks, and issues
* Partner closely with Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams
* Provide regular project status updates, risk identification, and mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders
* Participate in co-implementations with third-party vendors (e.g., LIS, PACS, encoders) to ensure seamless integration
Quality, Risk & Continuous Improvement
* Apply healthcare IT implementation best practices throughout the project lifecycle
* Identify, document, and escalate risks or issues that could impact go-live success or client outcomes
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by documenting lessons learned and implementation best practices
* Support internal knowledge sharing and, as needed, assist with peer training or onboarding activities
Success Measures
* On-time and on-scope go-live execution
* Adoption of recommended clinical workflows
* Reduction in implementation-related escalations
* Accurate and complete implementation documentation
* Positive internal project delivery metrics and stakeholder feedback
Required Qualifications
* 5-8 years of experience in healthcare IT, EHR implementation, or clinical applications consulting
* Strong understanding of clinical workflows within hospital, ambulatory, or rural healthcare settings
* Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
* Experience delivering end-user training to clinical staff and providers
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing skills
* Ability to travel up to 50% as required for onsite implementations and go-lives
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience implementing EHR solutions in rural or critical access hospital environments
* Familiarity with third-party healthcare systems (LIS, PACS, coding/encoder tools)
* Background working cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams
