Required Skills & Qualifications * 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions. * Advanced expertise in Spotfire and Power BI, including complex expressions, DAX, and Power Query. * Strong SQL skills with experience working across large, complex datasets. * Proven experience working with oil and gas data (production, drilling, reservoir, HSE, financials). * Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or modern cloud analytics platforms. * Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and analytics performance optimization. * Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights clearly and confidently. * Preferred / Nice to Have * Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment. * Exposure to Spotfire Data Science, Python, or advanced analytics techniques. * Familiarity with governed analytics environments and enterprise data governance practices. * Experience supporting analytics modernization or cloud transformation initiatives.
