GENERAL FUNCTION
STARS is a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) partnership solution that EssilorLuxottica provides to clients, supporting them in maximizing sales turns through optimized frame assortment planning and automated replenishment managed directly on their behalf.
The Data Flow Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end data lifecycle that powers the STARS solution. This role supports new customer integrations, ensures the accuracy and stability of daily data flows, and partners cross-functionally to maintain operational continuity across sales, logistics, replenishment, and IT. The position plays a critical role in sustaining system accuracy, resolving data exceptions, and driving scalable process improvements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Integration & Onboarding
Lead the data and operational workstream for new STARS customer activations.
Coordinate with IT, Sales Ops, Customer Service, and Planners to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Track milestones, address dependencies, and proactively clear roadblocks.
Validate all inbound and outbound data files during testing (EDI, sales, inventory, orders).
Data Flow Management

What You'll Do:
DeepIntent is looking for a Data Integrations Specialist to run our client data integrations. This is a highly client-facing role and with strong requirements for good project management skills. This position is to ensure DeepIntent provides a fast, transparent and error free integrations service to our agency and brand clients. Majority of integrations can be configured through the user interface, although some custom cases would require collaboration with backend engineers.
Hands on experience with integrations management
Manage target list handoffs
Supporting existing/live integrations maintenance
Acting as quarterback for organization of client discussions and implementations
Manage custom PLD reports, work with clients to gather requirements, shepherd implementation with the DSP and custom scripts (where applicable)
Collaborate with engineers on escalation cases
Manage documentation process for all internal & client integrations
Be clients' main point of contact for all things integrations-related
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising and/or publishing, supported by a strong analytical background
Strong communication skills, confidently able to work in a client facing capacity
Confidence to run agency & pharma client meetings
Project management skills (must be able to spearhead and manage multiple projects at once)
Requirements gathering: ability to partner with businesses and convert requests into requirements and be able to execute them
Coordinate with the internal team to make sure delivery is on time (able to mitigate issues and think ahead)
Strong understanding of data transfer methods like sFTP and S3
Ongoing curiosity and drive to find process optimization/automation opportunities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must indicate keyboarding ability; i.e., courses in keyboarding or keyboarding work experience.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS:
This position provides secretarial and clerical support to a unit or department. While the specific duties vary with the needs of the office, the incumbent provides skilled keyboarding services in addition to a range of routine clerical services such as filing, photocopying, faxing, maintaining office supplies, sorting and distributing mail and other similar activities. In addition, this position serves as a Spanish translator for the department. While initially, assignments are limited in scope, employees eventually will be assigned duties of increasing difficulty. Work is performed under direct supervision and detailed instructions are given for new or difficult tasks. Supervision of others is not normally a function of this class.
TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES:

Performs skilled keyboarding to produce correspondence, reports, tables, charts, and to maintain large databases

Receives calls and callers and gives out routine information;
Files correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other materials in record system in accordance with departmental guidelines; pulls records for use by staff or disposition to storage or destruction;
Reviews records and documents for completeness, compliance with departmental standards and for accuracy;
Indexes materials and performs simple record-keeping tasks;
Performs a variety of clerical support work based on unit needs including logging records, photocopying, faxing, maintaining office supplies, processing bulk mailings and similar activities;
May enter data into terminal from forms and printed copy;
May maintain records of time and benefit usage, employee certification and training.
Translates written correspondence and conversations from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English;

FULL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of business English necessary to recognize and correct common errors in correspondence, records, and reports;
