This is a remote, field-based position.** **Note:** **This position requires a final in person interview onsite.** **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Coordinating and meeting chemical deliveries. + Performing minor mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. + Conducting wastewater sampling, field testing, and data management/documentation. + Managing day-to-day customer needs and providing responsive field support. + Overseeing logistical aspects of chemical ordering and delivery alignment. + **Daily travel to different customer sites within Long Island territory.** **The essential requirements of the job include:** + **5 years of relevant technical experience** (field service, plant operations, electrical/mechanical background, wastewater, HVAC controls, or similar). + **Experience** **with** **metering pumps** (diaphragm and/or peristaltic). + **Experience with chemical storage and dosing systems** , including handling oxidizers and corrosives. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting + **Ability to perform basic mechanical and electrical maintenance** and minor repairs in the field. + **Comfort with daily fieldwork and variable schedules** (not office-based). + **Valid driver's license.** **USP Technologies** is proud to be part of the **Water Quality** segment of **Veralto** (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
